Winbuzzz FAQ — Your Questions, Answered

To view live scores and match stats on Winbuzzz, log in to your account. Then Match Odds Go to the page — ongoing matches will show a green "Live" badge next to them.

Click on any live match to see:

• Real-Time Scoreboard — Ball-by-ball / goal-by-goal updates.
• Match Statistics — Run rate, possession, shots on target, and more.
• Live Visualization — Live match movement on an animated pitch map.
• Live Streaming — Watch live video streams on selected matches (free with an active balance).

The minimum bet amount on Winbuzzz varies slightly by sport and market. The general rule is:

• Sports Betting (Single Bet): Minimum ৳50
• Accumulator / Parlay Bet: Minimum ৳20 (per leg)
• Live Bet (In-Play): Minimum ৳100
• Lottery: Minimum ৳20 Per ticket
• Live Casino: Minimum ৳50 Per Round

Maximum bet limits vary by event and market — VIP members can bet at higher limits.

By default on Winbuzzz, Decimal Odds format is used, which is straightforward for Bangladeshi users. Here's how the math works:

• Total return = stake × odds
• Example: ৳1,000 bet × odds 1.85 = ৳1,850 total return (Profit ৳850)
• Odds of 2.00 means you get double your stake back.
• Odds of 1.50 mean ৳50 profit on every ৳100 bet.

Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout; lower odds mean a higher chance of winning but a smaller payout.

You can change the odds format in Settings — Fractional or American (Moneyline) formats are also available.

To update your account details on Winbuzzz, log in and click your name in the top-right corner, then go to "My Profile" or "Account Settings"Go to.

To change your mobile number:

1. Click "Change Mobile Number" in your profile settings.
2. An OTP will be sent to your current number — use it to verify your identity.
3. Enter the new number and verify it with the OTP sent to that number.
4. Change complete — log in with your new number.

To change your name or email: Once your KYC is verified, contact our support team to change your name. Your email address can be updated directly from your profile.

Changing the interface language on Winbuzzz is simple. Look for the language selector (🌐) in the top or bottom-right corner of the page.

• Clicking the language icon will open a dropdown menu.
• Select "Bengali (BD)" or "Bengali".
• The page will reload in Bengali — and this preference will be saved to your account.

If you're logged in, you can also change it from Account Settings → "Language & Region". Winbuzzz currently supports Bengali, English, Hindi, and Tamil.

Winbuzzz regularly Weekly & Monthly Leaderboard Tournaments organizes events where all registered members can participate automatically.

General tournament rules:

• The more you bet within the set time period, the more points you earn.
• Leaderboard positions are determined by points.
• Winners ranked from the top 10 to 100 receive prizes — typically ৳500 to ৳50,000 Cash Bonus.
• You can check your current rank on the Tournament page.

After the prize tournament ends Within 48 hours Winners receive the amount directly in their account. The bonus can be withdrawn immediately or used for betting.
